7. Delta Zeta at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville
About forty-four young girls get the opportunity to inhabit the 15,000 square feet of this gorgeous home. The house offers five suites, two outdoor patios, and luxe suites to its members. Being a part of the Delta Zeta’s sisterhood, young girls are encouraged to participate in philanthropic activities and community service. They also develop and excel as leaders and improve their academic skills during their time as part of this sorority. On top of all of this, they have a fun sisterhood and an epic social life!
