Prized for being more than 25,000 square feet, Sigma Kappa of the University of Florida houses over 60 girls, with each floor offering an impeccable kitchen and laundry room. But that’s not it, folks. This wonderful live-in house also features a study room and a TV room. On the second floor, the house is designed in a dorm-style while the third floor boasts suit-style bedrooms. The sorority house also utilizes the services of professional chefs that prepare meals according to each sister’s diet demands.
