I know this is Greekrank but it's time for all of us to get it together and end the negativity.
Do you realize that a VERY strong National sorority backed out of colonizing here due to our hostile Panhellenic environment? Kappa Kappa Gamma would have been a wonderful addition to our campus!

Not true. They backed out because adpi was still establishing itself as a new house and at that time they were still struggling to meet quota, it would've just been stupid to add another house while the last one they added was still struggling and would've stunted adpis growth as a chapter. Second, mississippi state has a pretty friendly environment compared to most schools in the SEC or just the south in general ( take a look at mizzou's, Texas and Alabama's greek rank page!) At mississippi state no one even really cares about ranks outside of this website and sororities despite their tier get along and support each other for the most part. This website probably represents like 5% of our greek system and for the most part what is said isn't even true.

I disagree that Mississippi State has a friendly environment. Very cliqueish. It's all about where you're from and who you know.

They didn't colonize here because there was a lack of a interest in the chapter... not because of a hostile environment
