Do we need to include our transcript with every rec we have sent in?

You should. If you don't, it will look like you are hiding something or are forgetful.

Many sororities now use an online recommendation system. With this type of system including a transcript is unnecessary and difficult. The sororities get your transcript from Panhellenic so there is no need to send one with each paper recommendation. You should however include your GPA, class rank, and ACT/SAT score on your resume. Sororities are trying to move away from extra paper on 1,000 girls. They will not think you are trying to hide anything if it's not included... mine doesn't at least.
