sorority comments

I never mentioned which sororities I accused of dirty rushing in order to remain tactful, nor am I going to say which ones they are now. Maybe what I mentioned isn't considered "dirty rushing", but it surely brought down my levels of respect for these certain groups.

Sorry I was specifically referring to ranks and comments being made on those 2 sororities pages. The statements you made on this side bar are true of every house.

What was FRESHMAN quota?
What was UPPERCLASSMAN quota?

the deal with girls going through rush their freshmen year, pledging a house, dropping, then trying again the next year. Doesn't seem right to me!! Obviously they needed their friends to get them in because they couldn't do it by themselves the first time.

Someone has already stated that freshman quota was 74 (that might have been on an individual groups sidebar though). No one is positive what upperclassman quota was.

I totally understand a girl pledging a sorority, not feeling like she is in the right place, dropping out, and going through rush a year later. The sad thing is when a girl pledges the wrong sorority, stays in, gets initiated and is stuck with a group of girls she does not feel at home with. The system is designed to work so that a girl has a way out if she wants out. Everyone may not agree with it, but is is still OK to do.

Upperclassmen - still unsure? 5 or 6?

I heard overall quota was 84.... So Freshmen 75 and upperclassmen 9.... Could be wrong but that's what other people have told me

How did pi phi do this year? Hope they did good. Seem like a nice group but don't know any personally. Cool house
