Two things are for certain- whose on top and bottom. Everyone else in the middle are really up to individual personal experiences.
Top- Kappa Sigma / Sigma Chi
Lower Top- SAE (but dropping i feel?)
Middle- Pike / KA / Fiji / Phi Delt
Upper Bottom- Lambda / Pi Kapp
Bottom- Sig Ep / Delta Chi
All the other ones are irrelevant. This is based off of what sororities they tend to mix with as well.

Most are accurate. Sigma Chi and Kappa Sig both think they're hot crap, but it doesn't seem to stop them from getting good & big pledge classes & swapping with hot sororities. FIJI is not mid though. Lower Top would be the lowest rating you could legit give them. They date top girls and are smart and respected. they don't hand out as many bids as kappa sig and Sigma Chi. So they're more selective, but it doesn't make them mid.
