Only thing I disagree is that Phi Delt is definitely the weakest of the top 5 now...Probation for the entire year. Plus, everyone hates Phi Delt...pretty undesirable to be a Phi Delt right now. EX KE KA SAE all throw the best parties and are the most desired bids forsure.

yes, SAE is on probation until October. Phi Delt is on for the entire year. Sigma Chi was on probation all year pretty much in 2013. KA was on probation almost all spring semester this past year. Kappa Sig has plenty of unseen issues are going to hurt them in the near future in my mind. Their president is a great leader but the rest of the chapter is non existent. No one pays dues, and there is essentially no pledgeship. It is basically a country club that meets at their house and not a real fraternity with brotherhood. With that being said, they throw some of the best parties, but IMO thats all the have going for them. Ship will sink soon. Sure they have lots of members, but that is because they give out bids like crazy, to everyone, to try and get out of this debt.

Sigma chi is good but too big. Kappa Sigs pledgship will hurt them in the long run-but they are strong as of right now, SAE might pick up less quality guys within the next couple years, KA is fun but some think they're gods gift to women, hmm said the best about phi delt and they're falling, pike has gotten better but can't shake their rep just yet. ATO is falling a bit. Lamdha chi....is lamdha chi, Fiji is getting better, and pi kapp still sucks

I thought SAE was also on probation. Sigma Chi was recently on probation and Kappa Sig has had it's share of issues over the past 5 years - had its charter pulled in 2009 and had to start all over as a chapter in 2010.
