If you spent as much time recruiting quality girls as you do spreading lies about other houses, then you might actually rise up to mid tier status one day.

Is the difference because houses like xo don't allow harder majors to join or because houses like pbp and zta don't attract the best girls

Each house has their own niche and both how they recruit and who is attracted to them.
Chi o is notorious for communication majors and I am sure it has something to do with a higher gpa.
Zeta and pi phi are not the "popular" houses during recruitment so their gpa cut off is much lower and each day of recruitment they aren't able to cut as many pnms as the other houses.

Check Pi Phi HQ. website for the truth. The Nova Collective has been paid thousands of dollars to make all collegiate chapters more DEI. More members of all genders, more sisters of all races and more open to atheists.

Fall 2021 Total + Spring Bids Given - Spring 2022 Total = Number of girls who left
KD 307 + 0 – 300 = 7
XO 344 + 0 - 335 = 9
DG 319 + 0 – 310 = 9
ADP 300 + 0 – 281 = 19
DDD 267 + 0 – 247 = 20
PM 290 + 0 – 263 = 27
ZTA 287 + 6 – 250 = 43
PBP 260 + 11 – 204 = 67
AXO 99 + 4 – 80 = 23 (First year they recruited during the fall. Most actives were juniors and seniors. The big % leaving was due to a huge number of their actives being seniors who graduated)
Once you hit 30 girls dropping between fall and spring you can no longer attribute it to graduating seniors or inactive status due to internships and co-ops. 30+ highlights a big retention problem!

AXO 84 + 20 – 92 = 12
XO 325 + 0 – 310 = 15
PBP 220 + 2 – 201 = 21
DDD 271 + 6 – 254 = 23

Looks like pi phi really improved their retention maybe they could teach zeta how to do the same.

The grade reports usually come out a month or two after each semester ends.
