I've been to band parties at both KA and Pike and I must say pike has a better layout with a nice high band stage facing their back porch and I sizable dance floor

Pretty sure pike house is considerably bigger than SAE and KA house, though KA's looks a little nicer from the front

I might take pike's house over any of them. Best location, huge nice house, pretty front yard with the oak trees, nice sport court with a volleyball court as well. If we had that house we would thrive better than they are
