in defense of delta chi

While it's true that Delta Chi has never had a party, it's probably due to their lack of a house. However, this year they WILL have a house. It's right behind the DDD house. So all things considered, Delta Chi will soon be a great, thriving house. I can guarantee that they are top-notch guys who are going to be a top tier house very soon!
