adpi house
by: DDDWe got an email the other day saying that sigep is moving back into their house and that adpi will be moving out. Will adpi build a new house and if so, where?

They had plans to build before the Sig ep house became available. I think they always knew Sig ep would want it back which is why they didn’t make all the changes/ upgrades that it really needs. Fine for frat house but not a sorority house long term. I bet they build on the lot they previously owned, but not certain.

I doubt that they will be able to build a house before sig ep moves back in so they will probably be in the dorms for at least a year like they were before they moved into the house they are currently in.
It might hurt their recruitment for a little while but their national organization is very strong and they will survive.

The ADPis will remain in the house for another year. This will give them time to hire someone to design their new house and begin the building process, if they so choose. Getting a brand new house will not hurt them. Our housing lease agreement was mutually beneficial. It gave our chapter time to reorganize and rebuild. We wish these ladies only the best !

They will have architectural drawings of house to show during rush and building will begin soon after.

The house would almost be complete by that time, so pnm would see house. I really don’t think they will have problems.

My adpi roomate said they are moving out spring next year so sigep would be back in summer 2020
