What sorority usually rushes girls from the Delta?

Phi Mu and Chi O

Phi Mu has just recently started getting Delta girls. They have a great one who was cut from another big Delta group the first year of variable quota. She has pulled in more. Chi O, KD, and DG are traditionally Delta pulls. Remember the Delta runs from Vicksburg to Tunica and as far west as Yazoo City and Batesville. It’s a huge region.

I do agree that Phi Mu is the sorority that got the most help from variable quota. People I know who would have been DG or KD or Chi O in any other year ended up in Phi Mu, which really helped them. But then they messed up and got put on social probation and there was no "real" variable quota this year so they are back to solid #4 - and they certainly do not get the top Delta girls, even in variable quota years!

Well, they all rush the good Delta girls, but traditionally the top Delta girls end up in Chi O or KD and DG now and then.

Phi Mu was strong before variable rush! Do your research! It’s very easy to check facts in the Panhellenic office. Your info is not correct.

Phi Mu has lagged slightly behind KD, Chi O, and DG for awhile. They had retention issues for years but seem to have that under control. They are solid but have consistently been 4th in size and more often than not 4th in grades too. These are facts Panhellenic would show if you cared to check.
