PNMs receive their bids in the Union generally around 2:00 pm on Bid Day. All bid cards are handed out in sealed envelopes. When the "ok " is given, all PNMs open their envelopes at the same time. The PMNs go as a group to the outer edge of MSU's amphitheater where all of the sorority members are gathered. When the signal is given, all New Members run down the hill to their new sisters. Once everyone has celebrated for a little while, the Gamma Chi's gather on the amphitheater stage and reveal their sorority affiliation.
