ChiO is first and Phi Mu is fourth, but it's a tossup between DG and KD. A matter of personal preference. Same with ZTA/Tri Delt/Pi Phi. Tri Delt and Pi Phi seem desperate to make people think they are above ZTA, but most people would put them pretty equal. They each have pros and cons in different areas.
