most sought after houses
by: dawgkd dg chi o phi mu and pi phi are the MOST sought after houses at state. End of story. Im not saying pi phi is top or super well rounded but they are popular on campus and at the frats as well as they are the only mid sorority that is giving the top houses a run for their money in competitions. When state gets more houses Pi phi one day will be considered top in my opinion.

The only reason zeta is so low is so ADPI isn't by themselves down there. And you could put DDD up depending on preference

Phi mu has been on the decline for the past few years. They have been disputed as top but now most just see them as middle. If they don't step up their game Pi phi will pass them. You can never beat the top 3!
