Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Mississippi State University - MSU 2.8 a trickle down effect. Phi Mu hasn't even started on their house, so obviously Phi Delt couldn't move into theirs and since Phi Delt was not leaving theirs, Sigma Nu could not take the Phi Delt house. And no, Sigma Nu did not have the recruitment numbers to support taking the house anyway

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Mississippi State University - MSU 4.4 My personal favorite. A great fraternity at MSU without the snobbery of most of the better ones. A solid group of girls frequent the house so I've never felt weird. And whoever said their involvement was non existent is misinformed. SA pres and Treas. Plenty of RRs and ADs as well.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Mississippi State University - MSU 1.0 They have decided to chase away their best pledges . Lost all respect for them. The only reason they had good parties because SAE was on probation thanks to them.

These guys know what it means to be true gentlemen. They host some of the greatest band parties, and anyone who denies it is only jealous. The men of Phi Delta Theta are so classy and are on top to stay.
