I have been visiting the MSU campus for several years and will be going through recruitment next year. From my observations, Chi O is the best at MSU. The ones I have meet are all nice and definitely not fake. From what I know they are also super involved on campus and liked by almost everyone. I know the professors love them (i have specifically been told this by a professor). I wOuld love to get a bid from them.

through recruitment in August. I know DG is a very popular group at MSU but I have not gotten the best impression of them on my visits there. I have a relative who is a DG in another chapter and she goes way overboard with her comments on how wonderful they are. Seems like they are always trying to prove themselves and can't just sit back and enjoy campus life. Everything is a do or die contest. That's not for me.

I have heard good things about KD and they seem really relaxed and fun. I know they have good grades too. Seem like a well rounded group that I would like to be a part of.

Phi Mu likes pink! They seem sweet and very pretty but I am not sure how involved they are in campus. I will keep an open mind about them during rush.

on the comment below and ones left on other sororities boards about coming through Recruitment in August, I am doubting your story. It seems more like you are already in school here trying to appear "unbiased." The only way you would get an impression of being "do or die" in competitions is if you went here, or were told by girls in other sororities. Either way, you have too many opinions formed before Recruitment and need to go in with an open mind, OR stop posing as a PNM.

Not sure what professors have in passing mentioned their opinion on greek life, especially to someone on a campus visit, but I'm sure they have all had a student from every sorority that they loved having in class. Better every year, and it seems to be bothering a lot of the other houses (Phi Mu), I'm glad they are going up, but they will never be ranked above my house! way to go girls!! Love from down the row!!
