old row at georgia southern

We don't have an old row at Georgia southern, obviously but here are the first fraternities and sororities on campus---

(Out of this list, sigma phi epsilon was the first founded on campus in 1967)

These are the first houses on campus, if your going to make an "old row" shirt, make it right.

Southern Greek Housing is only trying to stop fraternities from building. Sigma Ep's alumni is the president and wants to make sure they can afford to build a house.

The school made them sell a lot to DPhiE.

The school did not make anyone sell land to Delta Phi Epsilon. There was an empty lot available when they came onto campus. Plus the school owns the land, so why would they make some one sell it?

No one can build until DeltaPhiE builds their house next year.
