Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 3.2 Average frat but their house is off row so that basically means they’re irrelevant. They’d probably be ranked higher in my books if they had a house on row.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Georgia Southern University - GSU 4.7 The only negative thing anyone can say about this fraternity is the lack of a Row house... I’ve been to their parties and they’re way better than anything you can go to on Row. Heard them being referred to as off Row SAE which is pretty accurate since both these fraternities are on the rise. Can see them being one of the best fraternities in the next 10 years if Greek Life is still around by then

No one refers to them as off row SAE. Y’all just wanna be compared to SAE to make yourselves feel like you’re good
