Not trying to beat the horse but I think it is pretty clear that these guys would be a top 3-4 frat instantly if they get on row. They should ditch those two houses and get one on greek row

They’re a great frat but one downside to them is that they’re off row! Hopefully they get the vacant house on Greek Row because most people consider them bigger than every off row and theta xi

This was a great fraternity many years ago but seems like every year they get in more trouble and cant have any parties cause they keep getting in trouble

These guys used to be good but there unfortunately starting to go down hill after they had a girl fall out of there window and have been disrespecting females.

Great fraternity they really do throw some amazing parties, I am now an alumn of my sorority but enjoyed going to their events when I could.

They like to think that other girls don’t like them because they’re jealous, but really other girls just realize they these girls are insanely dumb and have a fake sisterhood
