If judged by PERSONALITY and SISTERHOOD it would definitely be:

if judged for everything (including superficial or party aspects as well {still including sisterhood and personality JUST as heavily})

Adpi has pretty girls but their sorority hardly does anything that makes a sorority actually successful besides that. And AOII should be ranked higher because unlike adpi they do a lot
