Looking past the fact they have the house and the money for larger parties, they're INCREDIBLY creepy.

The ones I've met are nice and open and completely okay with stopping to help someone out or answer questions. They seem fun. Don't have a house but they're managing fine without one. They're just fun people to be around, have a wide variety of interests, and can hold intelligent conversations.

These guys bring their A game every year. They produce some of the best men on campus year in, year out.

These guys are alright one on one. Don't throw down. Less than average overall.

Eh. Used to win a lot of stuff because of their numbers. So many of them that they probably don't even know everyone in the chapter. Like some of them but the quality of their guys has definitely gone down. Like I said, eh.

Seems like they party most days of the week. Great fun guys. It seems like they win every award every year. A lot of smart dudes. Not a traditional pledging process but I know people who haven't gotten bids/were kicked out. Hang out with sigeps more than my own chapter brothers.

Decent group of guys. They have superiority complex and get into fights for stupid reasons.

We have had the pleasure of working with these guys. They are a great group of individuals that are often overlooked. If they had more people they would be more radiant on campus! Closest group of Brothers I have ever seen.

Getting up there real fast. They finally got an affiliated space on campus on the 6th floor of North which while is not an official house is still better than nothing at all. Watch out their new guys, they're really going to push Phi Psi to the next level, especially Tyler Brennan. Can't wait to see what they'll be like 2 years from now, especially once they get a house, which in reality Drexel's shafting them on that even though they're more involved on campus than most fraternities.
