What's Hot - Drexel University - DU

DPhiE definitely tried for a "hot" pledge class this year and ended up with a lot of girls who don't seem to fit their values while cutting girls who really should have been there. A lot of them refuse to talk to any other sororities at Greek functions. Coming to Drexel, they were my favorites but now they seem so fake.

When I went through formal, Tri Sig made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and awkward. They supposedly have an "amazing sisterhood", but you never see them around campus. Their founding members are graduating, and their rounds screamed desperation. They don't go to parties and they don't do much. They pride themselves on not choosing based on looks, and they end up with a bottom barrel pledge class every year.

They're kind of new but growing quickly and they can sing. Probably the most classy guys on campus!

they pick girls with big egos to increase their own.. they are self centered and full of themselves.. all that they care about is being on the top of the social ladder and could get away with murder with some of the things they do

Their recruitment made me feel like I was in middle school again. Very cliquey. Very catty. The girl I was supposed to be talking to kept looking past me to see the other PNMs. Beyond recruitment, be aware that phi mu pledges have a huge list of rules they have to follow (no staying out past a certain hour, no being seen with boys), so if that doesn't sound good to you, steer clear. If you don't drink or go out much, this is the WRONG organization for you.
