Just so you know, you will not have a house this year (and no in-house meals), and you will still be paying the same dues. And you will not have a house by next year either. Most likely the house will be done either fall 2017 or spring 2018. They are telling people it will be done by next year but that is NOT the case.

1 year and 3 months until the house opens. Next fall they will be in the swing space Phi Mu is currently in. They will move in to their new house in January 2017.

Anytime there is hate on a specific house especially during rush what's their motivation? Both PM and ZTA house will be completed next year.

None of that is true....ZTA has a swing space this year and will serve meals every day. And their house will be up by next fall. I don't know who told you that but you are wrong

Where will they "run to" if they are rushing out of the stadium? Honest question. Will they run to another side/entrance or something, like to the north entrance?

It's also being built with old bricks salvaged from Bryce Hospital, an abandoned psych hospital in Alabama. Creeps me out.

I think someone needs to stop watching scary movies. They're recycling bricks and that's a positive, being environmentally conscious. Sigh!
