lambda chi, theta chi, sigma chi, pike?

All of them are good houses and I'm sure you will have a great experience in any of them. Relatively speaking though, Lambda Chi isn't as big as the other houses and Sigma Chi is just bouncing back from probation. OX is probably the most popular of them with girls but they all pull their fair share of girls and traditionally Pike is more the athlete fraternity.

Pike and Theta Chi are the best of those four, and they're pretty interchangeable. Both really solid groups of guys thatre popular with sororities. Sigma is or was on probation and is currently in a worse position, Lambda Chi is the worst of the four. Hope that helps. I'd choose Pike over OX if I had to choose between those two bits that's just me.

Alright sigma chi... Yall lost close to 40 actives last semester and barely had any parties. Mike jones was a real rager

You can't be serious about EX, right? They were so bad last year, barely any parties, and for a while many people thought they'd lose their house. They'll have a huge pledge class this year to make up for their loses and that'll definitely mean at least a few newboys are idiots who will only get them in more trouble. When Theta Chi and Pike both have ~120 actives and Sigma Chi only has ~80 it's easy to see who is really on the bottom of those three. Pi Kap is better than Sigma Chi ffs.

pike is probably just above lambda, theta chi and sigma chi are easily the best of the 4 without question.
