How phi Mu is still highly ranked if they got low grades last year and no other sororities like them? What's the difference between them and Zeta if there really is any?

Both are strong houses with great girls and thriving social lives. Both have really cute girls too and the boys like them a lot. To me, the main difference is that Phi Mu has a more "proper" and "Southern" way about them and ZTA a fun/quirky way to them. Not to say PM does is not fun or have quirky girls and not to say ZTA do not have girls that are proper and poised and polished. It is an overall impression that I have personally.

Phi Mu didn't have low grades, they were .2 behind the leader this year and over a 3.4 for the second semester. That's not low grades by anyone's standard...
