Cut by every house? Very few. Last year, our of 2250 PNM's, only 2 were released by every house before Philanthropy, 27 more released before Skit, and 51 more before Pref. So around 3% of the girls going through rush were totally cut. Another 3-4% withdrew from rush after not liking their invitation lists (ie, thought they were too good for the houses that liked them). The rest of PNM's were all placed in a house on bid day. You really don't need to worry about being cut completely because it's so rare and usually those girls are major grade risks or have very bad reputations from high school.

If you're asking how many girls get cut by each house, it varies by house and by day. Because the computer system Bama uses is set up to make sure the maximum amount of PNM's get bids and that every house makes quota, each house is given a different number of PNM's to invite back each round.
