I believe this is someone trying to make XO look "so hateful and discourteous."

It looks like FELECIA and the rest of the XO's who have commented on this board have done a good job representing how hateful and discourteous they can be on their own. It also appears that a XO started this whole mess by posting the KD's can't have swaps or parties. Just because XO's are in the doghouse, they need not slander other sororities.

I know that the two incidents with the racial comments might put Chi O on rocky ground.... But what does "two strikes" mean? I'm pretty sure it would require committing a murder for a nationals to pull any Alabama chapter... These chapters are big and have lots of $$ invested in them with the housing, not to mention history.

I think the "two strikes" means, probation or no, another foul up by XO and KD and they will be facing pretty serious sanctions of some sort. Nothing that would put the chapter's presence on campus was implied. at least I don't think so. all the houses are "too big to fail" and the university has too much invested also and they need as many houses as possible -- so you would be just looking more at recruitment and/or social restrictions depending on the nature and severity of the problem.

I doubt we will see any slip ups at XO, but KD, who knows.

If ChiO is in good standing after their most recent debacle, Panhellenic should have their heads examined! Stop bringing the University of Alabama down to the rest of the world! We are tired of the media storm you caused last year! For God's sake ChiO ,shut up!!! Stop commenting! You just keep looking worse and worse!

Completely false information. Anyone who actually is involved in the greek life here knows that's not true, and it sounds like you're just trying to make them look bad.

If Panhellenic is going to let both ChiO and KD off for bad behavior the I think they will be facing bigger issues! Surely, that don't wont the full force of the media back in Tuscaloosa again! This whole discussion is outrageous! The story here is the first response stating that Chi O wasn't on probation, but,KD couldn't have swaps and parties. Instead of letting a mother state her case, the sorority that was definitely on probation last year showed just how tacky their sorority is!!!!! Ridiculous! You should be ashamed!
