Chi O, DDD, KKG, KD
Phi Mu, Alpha Chi, Alpha Gam
Pi Phi, Zeta
Adpi, Alpha Phi
DZ, Theta, DG, AOPI
Gamma Phi

Okay a few things here. AXO is top tier no doubt. KD needs to go down about two tiers.
Zeta isn't any better than ADPi, and especially since they don't have a house, I'd put them at bottom tier this year.
Gamma Phi is not bottom anymore, especially with their new house.
I'd put three levels, no order in tiers:
XO, DDD, AXO, KKG
Pi Phi, KD, ADPi, AOPi
Zeta, GPhi, DZ, Theta, DG

Yes Zeta might not have a new house but they will not fall to bottom tier with gamma phi
Chi O, Kd, tridelt, and kappa all compete for the exact same girls and are the most desired sororities during rush. Yes KD and Chi O might be on probation but they will always be good at Alabama. Also the guys prefer to hangout with them rather than alpha chi and alpha grandma

Putting Zeta that low is frankly insulting. You don't actually think they're as bad as Gamma Phi, DZ, DG do you?

What's the point of this? What do you get out of this? Does it make you feel good? Just stop. Tiers don't matter anymore. You know what matters? Girls inside the house. Their hearts. Their genuity. This isn't high school. Popularity doesn't make you #1. Because guys think you're hot doesn't make you #1. You know what makes you number one? When you love each other. When you're joyful. When your sorority's light radiates to other houses.
Your rankings are pathetic. Please stop.
