This might be a dumb question, but I honestly don't know. What do pledges do for games they don't have tickets to (I bought package B)? Do they just tailgate outside or are home games not required?

Ummmmm you buy the tickets the week before the game from people who sell theirs. It's not hard...... Hundreds of students will be selling their tickets each game week, there's a Facebook group for that.
