whos rushing

this is probably a dumb question but does the whole house rush pnms during rush or is it just the previous pledge class and execs? just wondering because i heard thd previous pc had to come and go to rushworkshop and all that but what about the upperclassmen?

Whole house participates. But some houses like phi Mu tell their not pretty members not to even come. So mean.

Phi Mu isn't the only house that does it. Every house does it to some degree. If you don't rep the letters well you're going upstairs. Sorry it's the truth. We want to put our best faces forward, nothing wrong with that.

My sorority doesn't do this and we are a top house. If people want to work upstairs we let them. Otherwise everyone is on the floor rushing no matter their size, their reputation, their looks, or their social skills.

My house is an old row top house and we do not exclude anyone from recruitment. I have heard that XO does this and Phi Mu. I do not think this policy exhibits much sisterhood.

Everyone participates in most houses. If it isn't everyone, then it's the newest PC and then their bigs (upcoming juniors). The reason the freshmen had to attend workshop is because they don't know our process behind rush. They don't know about the ritual behind how we recruit girls so they have to learn it as well as door songs, pref songs, skits, etc. upper class men already know the process.
