pref dress

I'm considering ordering this dress for pref night but it has a small cutout in the front, nothing that i think is too inappropriate but what are actives opinions?

If it has a cutout, I wouldn't wear it. I would wear something more conservative but still cute.

You can wear any dress color you like! I would stay away from black or white though because you won't stand out as much. But any other color will make you stand out!!
