Wait so why do actives make posters of girls? Is it just pictures of a pnm promoting them? Where does it go?

1) If someone has a rush crush (a PNM who is really pretty, accomplished, smart, a good friend from home, etc.) then she will make a poster as a way of advertising her to the active's sisters. That way during recruitment the other sisters will know who she is and what her accomplishments are so they'll fight for her too.
2) Yeah, it can have pictures.
3) Hallways of the sorority house, in rooms, wherever the sisters hang out.
