Does rush include the predominantly African American houses? (I think they are called NPHC but I'm not sure) I've just always wondered this and wanted to know if we will go to these houses and if we need recs for them as well?

NPHC participates in a completely different rush process. Also, you aren't even allowed to join a black sorority/fraternity unless you have accumulated at least 12 credit hours.
