How do greeks get the new houses at Bama? Does it have anything to do with top tier or New row and old row?

Well the older sorority houses can't hold 300+ members so they all are in the process of rebuilding. Alpha gam, tri delta, adpi, dg all were the first new houses built (two old row, two new row) Axo, xo, gamma phi, kd, and alpha phi were the next in line. Now kappa, zeta, and phi mu are rebuilding. Then DZ, aopi, and theta will rebuild. This money comes from a slight increase in dues, money from alumnae, and loans from the university.
I don't know how the fraternities choose to do it or how they pay for them.
