letters of support

I've heard many different things about having letters of support or not and it depends on each sorority. I was wondering what sororities want letters of support and which ones just want a letter of recommendation.

Letters of support are not necessary here, and I'm not just saying that. Some girls from Texas send them in because apparently it's a big thing there but we are only concerned with recs.

It's really big back home because In schools like UT or SMU you can literally fill 70% of your pledge class from the same 6 zip codes, so you want to show off how well connected in your hometown you are. Really not a big deal here though, so don't stress about them!
