Not in dreamland.In current times zta,pm are top row. The old row sororities are losing their influence over the in-state girls.The only girls that really want them are legacies.I would keep agd and pi phi at low top or high mid as they are very similar these days.DDD is going to start moving down as have you seen their new mc?

Except for people from select areas most would rank them top 6 or 7 but very few would put them top 3.

SigEp is committed to being a different kind of student organization – one that recognizes the importance of the out-of-classroom experience and is committed to making that experience the safest and most empowering part of a college student's life. SigEp is unique in that our organization and all events are substance free by choice and we respect everyone's pronouns. The members feel that the personhood we are constantly striving to build does not require alcohol to exist. The chapter also works to encourage other student organizations toward eradicating dangerous, illegal alcohol consumption and policing microaggressions and toxic masculinity.

Phi mu has gotten so cheesy tho, they’ve fallen off hard. This year’s pc was better than last, but they’re really not desirable for the wealthy instate girls. I agree zta has done much better in the last few years, but having 50 cute girls in a pc does not cancel out 100 trashy randos. They’re still viewed as easy by fraternity guys and all old row girls.
