Theta Chi mom likes to brag

I am finishing up an internship. The firm I work for had a reception. One of the partners wife loudly bragged about her son being in one of the best frats in campus, theta chi. It went on for hours. How should I break the truth to her?

But it’s not the “best” like this mama would like to think. I feel that is the point this person is trying to make.

Don't. Agree that her son is in the best frat on campus. Everbody's best in their owwn mind. No need to spoil her fantasy and possibly joepardize your future at the firm.

This is probably fake and not written by a straight male, possibly a girl but either way you will learn your place soon. No one in the business world will care what fraternity you were in and the partners wife will have more influence than you so say nothing if you are smart.
