Depends what you are looking for. Academics. Physical house structures. Parties. Etc. There are a number of Jefferson houses that throw more and better parties than a few University houses. That’s widely known. There are also houses on Jefferson that have been around for a while and have elite alumni out in the world. Take a University houses like Phi Psi. They weren’t relevant until they got their new house 10 years ago. I’ve been through Rush. All you have to do is look at the composites hanging on the walls from the past. They had like 10 members each year up until recently. They don’t have the alumni pull like a house like Delt or ZBT.
