I noticed all the sororities are making tumblrs. Only two of them, phi mu and zta, made it on TFM, both for being hot. Is this gonna make them harder to get a bid from or make them better, more desirable houses? (even though I already know phi mu is top 3)

I am not typically a rude person, but this has to be one of the most stupid things I have seen on here. I mean, who cares about this? Is this really an issue for PNMs?

I've personally seen way dumber, and I assume they're probably interested in one of the houses which is why they care about it. Don't be so jealous your house didn't make it on TFM there's bigger things to worry about.

Phi Mu isn’t a top 3 house. And you addled if this would make Zeta “more desirable.” That implies they’re desirable now, and they are not desirable to the majority of girls rushing.

obviously both of them are the two hottest houses so yes....... some people see tfm as a negative thing but others see it as a good thing because it means the girls are hot. zeta has been on tfm another time before, i do not remember if phi mu has been but they might have.

Yeah. I think a lot of girls who don't know much about the greek system will absolutely want to rush them because they think they'll be in the hot sorority without knowing alabama sororities aren't so focused on looks and more about well roundedness..but it will help them.

Can you imagine what the old ladies in Mountain Brook would think if they saw some of these tumblr posts/wars? My grandmother would faint if she saw the Florida State DG pics on TFM.... Pictures in things, surprised their nationals haven't asked them to take them down!

these tumblr pages are actually really cute and are really nice for PNMs to get to know more about the sorority and the fun things they do! I have seen Phi Mus, Alpha phis, delta zetas, and zeta tau alpha's, and they are all adorable! I agree that some of the posts on them (modeling shots of single members, like why?!) are very vain, however over all I think that they are really cute!

Phi Mu and Zeta (along with Tri Delt and Alpha Chi) already had the highest numbers of cuts on day one in previous years. So they're already very selective with who they invite back during rush, much less give bids out to.

but have you seen gphi's tumblr? They're making progress. Not on any competition with some other houses, but I don't think they're bottom anymore.
