The old row Moms get so butt hurt when they don’t see their houses all on top and freak out if (gasp!) they see a NR house ranked higher.
Honestly, KD and Kappa aren’t great houses if you are OOS. XO has mainly Alabama / Arkansas / Louisiana girls and mainly are quite “granola/camp counselor”vibes.
The top are DDD, AXO and Zeta. Phi Mu has dropped a bit but is still a great house.
Pi Phi and AD Pi have really improved the last two years.
AGD attracts the religious / studious girls.
Trendy girls that want Zeta and are dropped usually go for APhi. They don’t deserve all the hate they get.
DZ/ GPhi are party houses.
Theta has improved as well.
DG and AOPI blend in.
