I’ve never heard anyone say ADP or PBP are better than those houses. And that’s not to say they aren’t good and don’t have good qualities…but they’re pretty irrelevant and not social.

This just doesn’t even make sense cause like who would you put above them? Like I could maybeeee on some level understand aphi or dz being up in that spot, but really anyone on campus would say pi phi and adpi come before them. Not saying they’re top tier houses, but I think pretty much everyone can agree they’re more respectable than the houses below them…

The old row bias for fraternity houses is crazy too. It's ridiculous as it's not even that new row house are just more fun, but it's also that old row house boys can be rude and think that they are better than northern people. Even old row girls end up at new row houses because they are all welcome there. In old row houses no one ever just shows up. It's like a private high school party

Is this another hometown Alabama is better ranking? That is what it look's like. It definitely not based on over 50% of student population perception, grades or national clout. Nor is this based on any forms of reality.
