Such a cringy thing doesn't exist. Nobody needs it and nationals of both sororities and fraternities don't condone such stupidity. Who each mixes with socially is different, but the brother/sister thing is imagined crap.

There are actual national sister and brother fraternities. The only one that is like relatively promoted is Pike and Tri delt but that does not mean that they are the closest

No, there are not. It is true that back in the founding days of sororities there were certain fraternity men who helped certain sororities get up and running, and they are acknowledged and honored in their national histories. But this in no way makes them brother and sister. NPC has been very clear that there is no official association between any NPC sorority and any men's organization. National fraternities' policies are similar. There has been, in the past, instances of fraternity and sorority chapters adopting the brother-sister concept and becoming so close that they decided to merge their memberships, resulting in the loss of both charters and these chapters' national affiliations. This was a lesson learned at the national level a few decades ago, and so now there is absolutely no such relationship between groups other than in the founding histories.
