bama rush return to normalcy

As someone who went to a school with a rush process that was (seemingly) more classist and superficial than Bama’s, it’s weird to see how “Bama Rush Tok” will not die down every year and continues to get heat when other schools are way worse. In my opinion, active members and alums are doing themselves a disservice by bragging about how “competitive” the process is to get tiktok clout. Rush is run similarly competitive at other schools that NEVER get posted on tt (not just SMU), the issue with “Bama Rush” is that it’s become a brand, which is a recipe for disaster given how strict sorority rules can be. Put all SORORITY social media accounts on lockdown/private leading up to rush. Seriously, some of these house are such hypocrites with their posting—including the Old Row. Make a rule that girls can post their OOTDs after rush because unfortunately, banning it straight up won’t work. Stop letting top PNMs get away with posting and making an example of girls who would have been cut anyway. Oh, and also, start spamming this forum so people stop using it. It’s worked before. Also, ignore the “tiktok aunties.” Posting about how “evil” they are just brings more attention to them. Seriously half of the people you accuse of ruining rush pull like 10k or fewer views. They are not the problem. The “wholesome” videos pulling millions of views are.
