morgan bama rush hot take

i know im in the minority here, but hear me out. it's so blatantly obvious that she was going to get dropped and heres why.

1) mispronouncing house names. i don't know if she just did this to sound relatable, or be "quirky" or something, but she looks like an idiot. i don't know why she expected houses to want her back if she can't even pronounce their names right. it's ignorant and shows a lack of effort on her side. it takes five seconds to research how to pronounce house names. there is absolutely no excuse to do that and it makes it seem like she's making everything a joke.

2) capitalizing off of rush. being a social media creator during rush week is already an EXTREMELY risky decision. recruitment is a very private process from both sides and content creators have to be very careful on how they curate their videos. doing a teen vogue interview and essentially capitalizing off of rush is not the way to go. it seems like she's being caught up in the fame of everything and missing the true purpose of recruitment.

3) ego. this girl is clearly trying to put on a persona of being relatable and funny, but it is not working out properly. mispronouncing lululemon or saying "free the people" is not funny and does not make her appealing to any of the houses. i can't even believe she bought herself a cake for 100k before she even hit 100k either.

overall- morgan seems to have gotten a big head from her quick fame from rush. recruitment is a very special process between the pnm & her future house. creating tik toks about rush is a cute way to share your excitement, but it is very easy to jeopardize your chances of joining a sorority. thank you & the end.
