When are PNSs warned

When exactly are PNM warned about posting on TikTok? Is this something they stress during convocation? Is it in the booklet?

i was told to only have one of two people that i was sharing my recruitment experiences with in real time. ultimately gaining traction on tiktok becomes a PR risk for houses.
