Theta Climbing?

Obviously they aren't at the top, but I think they're considered higher than previous years. They've put in a lot of work the past 3 rush years to recruit better looking girls and their insta looks cleaner. Anyone know internal things going on?

They definitely have improved beginning in 2020 by recruiting more fun girls. Definitely moving from quieter and less popular to partiers and fun girls. I have high hopes for Theta.

I'm a senior, not a Theta and for the last 3 years, they have been steadily climbing, with that though they have dropped in GPA ranking. My G-little is a Rho Chi and she says that girls in her tent have been talking up Theta since day 1.

I agree, I'm a sophomore (not in a sorority) but I have many friends who are in Theta. Not sure why they are consistently considered bottom
