Retention Rates

These numbers can be seen by anyone who cares to look and can do middle school math.
Average sorority retention rates, including all reasons for not returning to active membership - graduations, interning/studying abroad, transferred/left school/kicked out, dropped out of sorority:
Fall to Spring = 92% of actives return after break
Spring to Fall = 75% of actives return after summer
The lowest sorority retention rates are 86% from Fall to Spring and 69% from Spring to Fall.
This data is from the published Greek Reports online, which also shows GPA's for each sorority by semester.

The poster continues to post this false data to target Aphi.
The facts are that Aphi had 28 women graduate and/or leave school in Dec. 2022. One was asked to leave.
In the Spring of 2023 Aphi replaced them with 30 new members since they were under chapter total.
The poster keeps adding both numbers together to get the incorrect number of 58. Aphi did not lose 58 members.
google Alabama grade report to see the real data.
This incorrect post has been posted numerous times and the poster continues to do it.
Sad and pathetic. You must really hate Aphi to continue this day after day.

APhi Total Membership End of Fall 2022 = 442
APhi Actives Membership Beginning Spring 2023 = 384
442 - 384 = 58 members did not return after break
Then APhi added 30 new members through COB
384 Actives + 30 New = 414 Total Membership End of Spring
These are the numbers from the reports.
There is no '28' anywhere

APhi is targeting itself. The numbers are there for anyone who can read the spreadsheet and add and subtract.

Those are not necessarily drops from the sorority. Some of those are December graduations and other reasons. It is normal to have anywhere around 15, or so, December graduates.
