Average retention rate
by: TortillaWhat is average or good pledge class retention rate? I saw that alpha phi lost like 30% of their pledge class last year and I really liked them but that doesn’t seem good.

Zeta's retention rate is within range of the all-sorority average. No problems there. The other one, however...

Average sorority retention rates, including all reasons for not returning to active membership - graduations, interning/studying abroad, transferred/left school/kicked out, dropped out of sorority:
Fall to Spring = 92% of actives return after break
Spring to Fall = 75% of actives return after summer
The lowest sorority retention rates are 86% from Fall to Spring and 69% from Spring to Fall.
This data is from the published Greek Reports online, which also shows GPA's for each sorority by semester.
