I'm gonna go through the reputation of each house because y'all have it very wrong.
Alpha Chi - very involved, very religious, not a party house
ADPi - one of the better new row houses, don't hear about them much otherwise
Alpha Gam - very involved, EXTREMELY religious to the point of being judgemental, NOT a party house
AOPI - bottom new row house, known for being pretty smart but unattractive
APhi - worst of the worst, terrible campus reputation, known for being the easiest girls to sleep with ("alpha phi hurts to pee")
Chi O - known for being well-rounded, lot's of campus involvement, but they still party a lot as well
Tri Delt - bottom old row house, weird mix of girls but you don't hear much about them other than that they are old row
DG - better new row house, known for having pretty good grades in the past few years but that's about it
DZ - bottom new row house, bad grades, little involvement, known for being unattractive
Gamma Phi - bottom new row, grouped in the same category as sigma kappa and aphi usually
Theta - super sweet girls, but are known for being overweight and unattractive
KD - rich, snooty in state girls, very cliquey, don't care about grades or involvement
Kappa - rich, cool in state girls, somewhat cliquey like KD but not nearly as bad
Phi Mu - pageant queens, decent involvement and grades, but known only for their looks
Pi Phi - one of the better new row houses, good involvement, good sisterhood
Sigma Kappa - bottom new row just because of how new their chapter is, but their girls are genuine and kind
ZTA - pretty girls, bad grades, little involvement, are known as the partiers
to sum it up:
Most desirable houses: KD, Kappa, Chi O, Tri Delt, Phi Mu
Desirable if you are a jesus freak: Alpha Gam, Alpha Chi
Decent houses: Pi Phi, Zeta, DG
Bottom houses: Alpha O, Theta, DZ, SK
Worst of the worst: Alpha Phi

I would say XO since they're the only house that has positives said about them AND is listed in the most desirable list. Plus, wherever the thread on this post calls them out there are a ton of downvotes. Chi O moms working hard!

I would have said it was someone affiliated with PiPhi. The only one where there was nothing that could be taken negatively about the commentary.
